Booking Terms & Policies

BOOKINGS
Lessons are provided by appointment and are subject to availability. Navigate Driving School provides manual driving lessons only.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Major credit and debit cards are accepted through Wix's secure checkout.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
You may cancel or reschedule online up to 12 hours before the lesson start time. Changes made with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged in full.

NON-ATTENDANCE AND LATE ARRIVAL
Non-attendance without notice is charged in full. If a learner arrives late, the lesson may be shortened so later bookings are not affected.

LESSON PACKAGES
Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase, are subject to availability and are for the named learner.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
Learners must hold and bring a valid learner licence, disclose conditions that may affect safe driving and follow all lawful instructions.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT
Navigate may stop or end a lesson where safety is compromised or conduct is unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.

USE OF OWN VEHICLE
Lessons in a learner's own vehicle require prior approval. The vehicle must be registered, roadworthy and appropriately insured.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are assessed according to these terms and the circumstances of the booking. No refund is due for a late cancellation, non-attendance or a lesson ended because of unsafe conduct.

TEST RESULTS
Navigate Driving School does not guarantee a practical test result. Outcomes depend on learner skill, experience, readiness and performance on the day.
